Actress Sherlyn Chopra talks openly about her decision to remove breast implants, appeals to young girls
Mumbai: Bollywood actress and model Sherlyn Chopra is in the news again, and this time it's because she has removed her 825-gram breast silicone implants. She took an even bolder step by holding a special press conference at Mumbai's Country Club, where she spoke openly about removing her breast implants.
The model and actress explained that she had been experiencing continuous pain in her back, chest, neck, and shoulders due to the breast implants. "Carrying 825 grams of silicone was becoming extremely difficult for me. I just wanted to remove this mountain-like burden from my chest. It was a bold decision, but I had to do it."
After consulting several doctors, she decided to remove them. "This heavy burden has now been completely removed from my chest. Each of these implants was 825 grams. I'm feeling very light after removing them. I'm relieved that there's nothing artificial in my body now; what's there is natural and mine. I'm grateful to God and my fans for this."
Sherlyn Chopra appealed to young girls not to make hasty decisions about their bodies based on others, social media, or societal pressure. "Don't tamper with your natural physique or try to change it. Think about the pros and cons, side effects, and talk to your family, friends, and medical experts before making any decision. Don't follow the crowd. Protect your reality. Your body is being cut open, and there are significant risks involved. I'm not against science, but don't just do something because someone else did it. Don't blindly believe what you see on social media. Consult with your family, friends, and doctors before taking any step. Your natural beauty is more attractive."
It's worth noting that breast implant is a surgical procedure where silicone implants are used to enhance the shape and size of the breasts. Sherlyn Chopra's fans are saying, "Finally, you realized you didn't need to do all this. You're beautiful just the way you are."
