Mumbai: RSWA and Realty Quarters successfully organized “Indian Real Estate Summit & Leadership Awards 2025” on 15th October at Lemon Tree, Mumbai.

The event was sponsored by Adiraj Industries, Om Gayatri Builders & Developers, Soha Group and Mid Town.

RSWA and Realty Quarter for the first time took forward the real estate development story of VVMC and Palghar district through this event.
The chief guests of the program were Dr. Subhash Dalvi, Dr. Ajay Laxmikant Dubey, Dilshad S. Khan, Chintan Vasani and Advocate V. Vishwanathan.

Other guests of honor were Ms. Rupal Singh, Dr. Garima Anandani, actress and model Muskaan Jain and Vishal Chuwala.

Keynote Speakers: Advocate V. Viswanathan and Ms. Kirti Mohan Singh were the speakers.

Panel Topic: “Growth Story of VVMC and Palghar District Real Estate and Investment Opportunities as per Future Infrastructure Developments to be undertaken by the Government”

Of the Year 2025” awarded to Karan Thakar.

“Company of the Selling” award was presented to FIA Developer by Rajesh Nair.

•  The award of “Best Real Estate Consultant of the Year 2025 – Palghar District” was given to Mohan Singh.
